Our Beef is all USDA inspected corn fed Black Angus. It is fed a balanced diet to achieve the perfect amount of marbling ensuring the best flavor. It is hormone, steroid, and sub-therapeutic antibiotic free.

Deer Processing
Processing includes skinning and cutting: Steaks, Chops, Roasts, Butterfly Chops, Whole Tenderloins, etc. Prices include pork added. All regular deer sausages are fresh and smoked; processed 50% Deer and 50% Pork. Special sausages include: Smoked, Italian, Hot Italian, Apple, Wisconsin Style, Breakfast links, Maple links, Green Pepper & Onion, Garlic & Garlic with Cheese.
